Application requirements
At GAFA we are looking for dedicated students with a serious work ethic and willingness to learn. We encourage people of all skill levels to apply for our Core Programme. No previous degree or qualification in art is required to apply. As spaces are limited in the Core Programme, we will take students according to the merit of their portfolio and the content of their supporting materials.
PLEASE NOTE: we are only able to accept students who are already resident in the U.K. or Ireland into our Core Programme. Following Brexit, I’m afraid we cannot accept students from the EU unless they already have residency in the U.K. We can, however, accept students of all nationalities for our short courses and workshops. How to Apply
In order to apply for the core program, please fill out the form below. In addition to the form, please send the following supporting documents to info@glasgowacademyoffineart.com :
-Recommendation letter (by either a former teacher, a colleague or a friend)
-5 example images of your best work (no larger than 1 GB and in .jpeg format)
